The Minister is a quad diamond wind resistance table top torch lighter. It's  In terms of design, this lighter is blessed with a unique carbon fiber finish on the back side of the lighter. As for other features, there is also an oversized flame adjuster, fuel level window, extra large fuel tank and a large fold-out cigar punch on the base of the lighter.

It measures 3.75 x 1.625 x 1.5 inches, putting it on the smaller end of the tabletop lighter range. It weighs in at approximately 7.7 ounces—just under half a pound—a weight that is due in part to the all-metal body.
